It is high in provitamin A, Vitamin C and myoinositol, a lipid that alleviates anxiety and insomnia. This fruit is also recommended by the American Cancer Society as a way to fight Melanoma and other forms of skin cancer.
When organic we juice the whole fruit, rind and all, to tap into 100% of it’s nutrients. Melon juice is extremely refreshing on a hot day and you won’t be able to taste the rind. Also, try freezing your juiced melon and make popsicles for the kids. Tonight we are eating it wrapped with prosciutto. There are a ton of ways to enjoy delicious cantaloupe.
